Hi, This is a High Quality Pine Cot, which costs over 300, and is with a Brand New Mattress & Washable Cover, which is the higher Grade Mattress, We used our Original Mattress, and kept this New One, Unused. We Bought it New, And have used it for 17 Months. And is in very Good Condition. We now have a Single Bed, Hence Sale. Sad to see it go.
